How long is setup?
Typically 30mins to an hour to setup. Depending of course on the location and access we may need more time.
Can we add on more hours?
Yes. £75ph
Can you setup outside?
Yes, although we always love to keep everything away from the rain we can supply a waterproof gazebo as a precaution. We can also power everything from a special portable mains power supply so no need to run any cables!
How far will you travel?
Nowhere is off limits, try us. In 2024 we took a lightweight handheld photobooth and printer on a plane to Poland! Surrounding area of Colchester is included (Ipswich, Braintree, Chelmsford, Clacton) further away there is a small charge for travel.
How much space is needed?
All our back drops are 8ft (2.4m) wide. Overall, a space of 3x3m is good to cover everything. The exception to all this is if you just want digital and no backdrop then we can fit the social pod into a much smaller space.
Does the venue need to have wifi?
No, we use our own router with a 4G sim card in for uploads! If the venue is in a network blackspot then photos will be uploaded to the cloud as soon as it picks up signal. If the venue has a wired connection then we can connect to that, but discuss with us when making your booking so we have time to contact the venue.
Do we get a copy of all the photos?
Yes, we send out a link to an online gallery of all the photos, GiFs and videos.
